Another one of my etsy pieces was featured on a blog on Saturday! It was Lauren at Mixie Studio's birthday and she used my mini card to illustrate it beautifully! Thanks Lauren!
I have just added ten fabulous postcard sized signed prints to my Etsy shop. They are available individually, as sets of three or five of your choice, or all ten designs together at a discount price. One of them has already been featured inthis ByHand spotlight by wintergarden! Thanks!
I have finally got around to setting up my etsy shop (and working out how to add the widget to my blog!) so please go and have a wee browse! The cards and prints I posted here recently are on there, along with organic cotton shopping bags (greatly reduced, you may notice, from my other online shop). I'll be back soon to add some of my kOodle creatures as well as other bits and bobs as they become!
Here are a few pics from the Art Market on Sunday. It was a beautiful day, I got a wee bit sunburnt, but unexpected traffic chaos in the town centre meant that it wasn't quite as fruitful a day as we'd all hoped.Me and my stall in the sunshine!
All my keyrings displayed on my new stand, courtesy of Really Good ;)thanks!
Some of my new artists postcards all individually signed.
Some of my newer creatures, recognise any of them?
A few of my new greeting cards, hand stitched postcards and postcard packs.
This new Parisian style art market will take place on Sunday 16th August (that's a week tomorrow) in the Brewin Dolphin car park, just off The Parade (postcode SN8 1NE for sat nav purposes) in the beautiful town of Marlborough. Local artists will be selling affordable original art in this open air setting from 10am-4pm. I have been reliably informed that parking is free on Sundays in Marlborough so there's no excuse not to pop in! I'll be there with all my kOodles bits and bobs, including new bags and creatures. For more information visit the We Love Marlborough website here.
May I introduce you to Ned (top) and Lena, two of my newest additions to the kOodle family. They can be seen here enjoying some beautiful August sunshine in the rockery. They get on great together and enjoy eating fish and fruit.
Another slightly long winded doodle that turned into a work of art, hopefully! I've had good feedback about this one so far, let me know what you think! This will be available initially as a 10"x8" print.
Among my doodloodlings I occasionally come up with something I love, hence the birth of kOodles. Here are a few such doodles that I'm hoping to turn into art prints and cards to sell at craft fairs and possibly online too. You may recognise some of them from my website as the initial sketches were made when designing the site.
I create little critters, pretty pictures and random doodlings to make people smile. Everything is hand stitched from both new and reclaimed fabrics and embellishments.
